Kids love I Spy games! They are not only fun and engaging, but also an effective educational tool for learning Chinese.
As the Mid-Autumn Festival is almost here, let’s enjoy the I Spy Mid-Autumn Festival games and identify the festival-related items.

On this page you can find two pages of the Mid-Autumn Festival themed I Spy Worksheets which are free to download. Both of them have six Mid-Autumn Festival items and all the items have Chinese characters and Pinyin next to the images listed at the bottom of the pages, allowing kids to visually familiarize themselves with Chinese characters and Pinyin while doing the I Spy Worksheets.

For the two pages of the I Spy Mid-Autumn Festival worksheets, one is the basic version, and the other one is the advanced version.
Basic version– Kids will search for and count each Mid-Autumn Festival item listed at the bottom of the worksheet then write the numbers next to the images and names.
Advanced version-Kids will search for and count each Mid-Autumn Festival item listed at the bottom of the worksheet then write the numbers in Chinese next to the images and names.
To ease the difficulty, Chinese numbers are listed on the worksheet of the Advanced version, so if the beginner learners would also like to challenge the Advanced Version and try to write the numbers in Chinese, they can also refer to the listed Chinese numbers one to ten.
