1. Menu

The menu covers twelve common and popular fast food words and it has both the Chinese character (Hanzi) version and the Hanzi+Pinyin version. You can use the version that suits your students’ level and needs.

2. Flashcards

Flashcards are great and effective learning tools for learning Chinese vocabulary. Kids can use flashcards to learn, practice, and review vocabulary. Besides, Flashcards can also be turned into fun and engaging Chinese learning games, which make the learning process more fun and interactive.

Same as the menu, the fast food flashcards also have two versions: the Chinese character (Hanzi) version and the Hanzi+Pinyin version.

How to Print the Flashcards

The flashcards can be printed on A4 or B5 size paper to make big cards for teaching purposes. If you would like to make two-sided flashcards with the image on the front side and the word on the back side, simply print the cards out, fold each card in the middle, and laminate.

You may print the flashcards in small sizes ( eg. 2×2 or 2×4 cards per page) depending on how you are going to use them, you may do so by setting the “number of sheets per page” on your printer.

3. Play Credit Card and Play Money

My students are excited with holding the play money and the play credit card in role play. It is fun and makes students feel like they are in a real scenario.

So as the play credit cards, students love the play credit card. Print the card out, fold it along the solid line between the front side and back side of the card, then laminate the card.

There are two sizes for the play credit card, you can choose the size based on your needs.

For all the above printable materials, I suggest laminating them for durable use.
