The two versions of the summer holiday journals are: 1) one-sentence journal and 2) one-page journal.
One-sentence Journal
The one-sentence summer holiday journal is designed for Chinese beginner learners.
It requires the learners to write one sentence every day about what has happened or what impressed the learners most in the day. It also has the date grid for learners to write the date and the weather icon for learners to color.
One-page Journal
The one-page summer holiday journal is designed for Chinese intermediate and advanced learners.
It has calendar, weather, emotion and to-do-list for learners to write and color.
On the journal area, learners can write in paragraphs about what happened in their day. It can be a special event or just some daily chores. The goal is to get learners practice writing and practicing Chinese.
The one-page journal can be done on daily basis, weekly basis or any day the learners prefer.
