Free Halloween Chinese Numbers 1 to 10 Clip Cards

Clip cards are fun and engaging educational tool for young learners to learn numbers. As Halloween is approaching, I combined the Chinese numbers 1-10 with the Halloween theme to make these Chinese numbers clip cards for kids to enjoy.

How to Play the Clip Cards

Playing clip cards is hands-on and no-prep activity, you will only need clip cards; either clothpins or paperclips, and follow the below steps:

(Note: Please make sure the pins or clips are large enough for your young learners and ensure that there are no sharp edges or small parts that could pose a choking hazard.)

-Print the Halloween Chinese numbers clip cards out;

-Cut out the cards;

-Scatter the cards randomly then lay them out in a row;

-Explain to your young learners that they need to match the number on the card to the number word on the card;

-Get started!

Enhance Pinyin Skill with Chinese Numbers Clip Cards

Instead of using pins to do the clip card activity, if you want your young learners engage the Pinyin practice with the Chinese numbers clip cards, I got you covered.

In the clip card worksheets I also created Pinyin stickers, each sticker has the number word in Pinyin, so instead of using pins to match the number on the card to the number word on the card, stick or lay the Pinyin sticker that has the correct number word on the Chinese number word on the card. This is for more advanced young learners since it requries the kids to match numbers in illustrations, numbers in Chinese as well as numbers in Pinyin.
