Domino worksheets are fun, engaging and interactive Chinese learning tools. They are very popular among the young learners.
As the Halloween is approaching, let’s enjoy the Halloween Dominoes and identify the seasonal items.

On this page, you can find three versions of the Halloween-themed Domino Worksheet which are free to download.
There are ten Halloween items on the I Spy worksheet with the versions of 1) Chinese characters+Pinyin; 2) Chinese characters only; and 3) Pinyin only.

- Version one has Chinese characters and Pinyin. It helps the young learners recognize the Chinese vocabulary and meantime to immerce themselves in the Chinese characters if they are interested in the characters or they are getting prepared to learn characters.
- verion two has Chinese characters only without Pinyin. This version can help children who would like to learn and memorize Chinese characters.
- version three only contains pinyin, and it is prepared for children who only need to memorize Chinese vocabulary for the time being without learning Chinese characters.

All three versions have a vibrant color version and an eco version that can be chosen from.
Teachers and parents can choose the version that is suitable for their young learners.
The Ten Halloween Items Are:
Jack-o’-Lantern: 南瓜灯 nán guā dēng
broom: 扫帚 sào zhou
cat: 猫 māo
haunted house: 鬼屋 guǐ wū
candy: 糖果 táng guǒ
mummy: 木乃伊 mù nǎi yī
vampire: 吸血鬼 xī xuè guǐ
mask: 面具 miàn jù
ghost: 幽灵 yōu líng
spider: 蜘蛛 zhī zhū
The above list can always be referred to for checking the kids’ correctness on the domino games in case you do not know the Chinese language.
