On this page, you can find the dice game for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The dice game is a fun and engaging board game that can be played in the Chinese class during Mid-Autumn Festival.

How to play the dice game
Preparation
Simply print the dice game sheet out, suggest using hard cardstock or laminate for durable use.
Students need one dice and some small objects as tokens such as erasers.
If you don’t have a dice, check out our free dice template, print the dice template out with cardstock, write numbers on each side, cut out the dice shape, and glue the edges.
To make the dice fun and challenging, you can write the numbers in Chinese so that students can get the chance to practice Chinese numbers 1 through 6 as well.

Ready to play
Students place their tokens on the start place, and then one student rolls the dice and moves the token to the square based on the number the student has rolled. Then the student should say the name of the image in that square. If the student cannot say the name, he or she has to stay where they were. Then it is the other student’s turn.
The student who goes to the end square first is the winner.
